Microphone not being redirected over RDP?

Good afternoon!
There is a SuperMicro server.
It is used as virtual. The esxi 5.5 hypervisor is installed on the hardware.
One of the virtual machines is a terminal server. It runs on Windows 2012R2 with the latest updates installed.
The problem is that the microphone (there is sound) is not forwarded via RDP to this virtual server. I'm trying to connect with Windows 7 Ultimate. In the connection settings, sound redirection and sound recording is enabled. In group policies, sound recording and sound redirection is enabled.
As a result, there is remote audio, there are no sound recording devices ...
There is an HP server, which also does not have a built-in sound card, but redirection works correctly. I checked on other computers that are in the office - sound and microphone redirection works everywhere. I tried different images of Windows 2012R2 and Windows 2008R2 - the result is the same. Installed Esxi 6.0 - didn't help. I installed MS Hyper-V 2012 instead of Esxi - no way. I tried to install Windows Server 2012 R2 without hypervisors directly on hardware - nothing too. I have already written to SuperMicro support - so far silence.
How to understand this problem?)
Sound redirection is not needed, but if it helps, I can buy it.

@li4nost

figured it out. in addition to the licensing node, it was also necessary to add a session node... :)

@Rustamovich

Try installing the drivers for the sound card of the forwarded device on a remote server. It is also possible that the installed Desktop Expirience in the server components will help
