How to fix bad sound in laptop?

On a dell inspiron 5565 laptop, crackling or static is heard instead of bass. Tried both on speakers and on different headphones everywhere the same problems with sound. Driver installed from site. Looked in the "Sound" settings. Previously, the sound was with freezes, reinstalled the driver, it became normal, after a while, this is the situation. Maybe there are drivers different from Realtek or what is the problem?

The problem was in Yandex.music. If you turn on the equalizer of Yandex itself in the browser and add bass at full volume sliders, the music starts to crackle. So it's better not to touch the built-in equalizer.

Take it full. driver through device manager.
Next, try two options - install a clean driver from the off site.
Install the driver via windows update.
