We are looking for a way of Audio design (amplifier) for an institution: from speakers to source control, examples?
Hello.
We are looking for a way to make a practical and inexpensive audio coverage (sound, music) for a small establishment (cafe).
The area is not large, somewhere less than 100m2, almost square.
The ceiling is sewn-in, you can open it (but for a long time, because the thorn-groove). Ceiling sheet material - plywood 1x2m.
It’s not clear to me which speakers to choose for sound, is there an option that some kind of ceiling detectors ... or hang speakers in the corners / on the walls?
What to choose as an amplifier. something like small-circuit, as I understand it, will fit, but what and what?
3-4 coverage areas are planned: -
hall (left and right halves of the hall)
- veranda (street)
- sanitary area (toilet, etc.)
- entrance area (street and vestibule)
as I understand it, you need to be able to adjust the volume in each zone ...
Sound source, for each zone .. mixing will probably be ...
maybe even a microphone will ever be needed ...
How to control sources?
By sources, I mean: TV, Radio (on-air or Internet), my own selection from flash drive music.
TV is a type of smart TV, used to broadcast something ... (football, music videos, etc.).
Source for TV - iptv
Switching management - the simplest thing you need ...
maybe a tablet? or in general, the "on / off" button + several volume controls in each zone?
And everything else from a smartphone / tablet.
Space for all equipment is very limited. I would put it more precisely - there is no place, you have to move / remove something ...
mixing consoles that usually woo - there is definitely no place for them ...
There is a switching node where a PC is installed as a server ... wires, router ... Internet, video registrar ...
here you can install the power part of the amplifiers .. and switching "to speakers / detectors"
control - ideally from a tablet (on the wall) or a web server for a microPC (raspberry or similar, or maybe some kind of nettop).
PS: at the moment - the sound is filled from the old (20+ years) music center ...
thanks for your examples of your implementations and / or tips
