No way. Jetbrains products are voracious.
If you need to try this for android - use something like VS Code.
As an alternative - try to roll in the most lightweight linux (such as xubuntu which thread)
In general, 4GB is already too little - right now the browser + operating system will eat so much easily.

Funny joke.
For an office computer where heavy tasks are not run, 8GB of RAM is enough.
If heavy tasks are launched, then more is needed.
Under Android Studio 32 and above.
