How to recover upwork account after visiting Crimea?

Hello! I went to the Crimea for a couple of weeks and worked there through upwork, after which they blocked my account, returned home - I'm trying to restore, I sent a bunch of documents, they still write the same thing:

I also need official registration papers confirming your residency outside of Crimea or your official refugee documentation. If you do not have this document, please provide a notarized, written statement that you are not located in Crimea.

But I have already provided all the documents and every time they answer the same with a slight change in the wording.

It is enough to present documents that you do not live in Crimea, usually a bank statement with an address + an invoice for services in your name with an address.
It is very cunning to deceive us by writing sent a bunch of documents and not to say which ones.

1. Did you send notarized documents (and which ones)?
2. If you really correctly fulfilled their requirements: then you don’t need to work anymore on this and similar services, where such an attitude towards users.
