How do I sign a Confirmation of Services for the full amount?

The old bank arranged CoS with the amount that falls on the transit account - i.e. "withdrawal amount - 30$". The module wants CoS with the whole amount (i.e. without "-30"). The problem is that upwork refuses to sign it... Given that the module is quite popular here - how do you sign it? Does everyone just draw this signature?!
At the moment we have "If you need to have the full amount on your document, you may make an edit to the document to incorporate it. Please use the attached PDF for reference . This will go after the main paragraph.". Maybe someone has already tried it?
UPD:Indeed, I misunderstood - they want the amount without $ 30 :) But now it became interesting - if the upwork agrees to sign the act with all the amounts, then why not?) (it remains to understand whether I really need it).

I have been using the module for two years now. I always sign Confirmation of Services minus $30. There were never any questions. Moreover, the amount in the act must match the amount of the transaction, otherwise it will turn out de jure that Upwork did not pay you extra, and the tax authorities may already find fault with this.
