Retraining to ODesk?

Good afternoon.
I am a freelancer, I work through odesk. My specialty is PHP and more specifically Yii. That is, there is an excellent profile with excellent reviews and a normal rate. But the soul asks to do what you like, namely the development on Asp.net mvc / web api and other technologies from this stack. Question: how do you think it will be perceived by potential clients when they see that I have all the work in PHP, and now I suddenly offer the services of a completely different technology stack? And of course I'm ready to start with a lower rate

Take the ASP.NET tests, add to your profile that you are also an ASP.NET developer, and find a couple of small ASP.NET projects. You don't need to decrease the rate.
