Upwork asks for a copy of the diploma?

When filling out the profile, there is an Education column. If a 5th year student lists their education as completed, wouldn't it be a problem that Upwork will ask for a copy of their diploma (which they don't have yet)?
Does Upwork ask for such documents at all (in addition to the usual identity verification, passport, etc.)?

He doesn't ask for anything. This is purely for the profile. They are not used to the fact that some irresponsible freelancers can write themselves a hundred super-diplomas of higher education such as a defectologist-speech therapist-and-and-music-med-ped, so they believe the word indicated.
