How to write a review?

Good afternoon! Today I finished my first order on UpWork and I want to leave a review. How long do you have to wait to get access to write a review? Or do I have eyes from one place and I did not notice?

Good afternoon!
A review is written only after full payment and the final delivery of the project. The client and freelancer can write a review within 13 days after the completion of the project.
Timeline: The client has 14 days to evaluate from the last submission of your work. If the client does not respond within 14 days , the deposit will automatically go to you.
