Tax holidays for freelancers (Upwork): how to confirm that you are engaged in software development?
Friends, the following question is about tax holidays for individual entrepreneurs and Upwork.
So I work for Upwork, I officially withdraw money, I fall under the tax holidays for individual entrepreneurs (I develop software + OKVED 72.20 + opened in August 2015) and, in accordance with this, I do not pay the STS tax of 6%. The question arises, and if the tax office asks to confirm that I am engaged in software development, then how to do this? After all, the Upwork user agreement does not confirm this, and I do not sign contracts with clients directly (I think very few people sign them). Does anyone have any ideas, comments on this?
