Withdraw funds from oDesk. How to get $ in Russia?

Good afternoon!
I want to withdraw funds from the oDesk exchange and receive them in USD currency . The action will take place in Russia.
I know that there are three ways (excluding bank transfers) to withdraw funds from Odesk:

  • payoneer
  • PayPal
  • Skrill(Moneybookers)

I managed to find out, only that Paypal will not withdraw $ from the account to the bank account in $, because. You can only link a ruble account.
About skrill: you can make swift transfers with a fixed commission. ( What "stones" can be from the bank? ) It seems to be quite an attractive option if you withdraw < $1000.
Actually I would like to know what you use and what do you recommend?
Thank you!
UPD: An official response came from a response from PayPal, I quote an excerpt from the letter - " you can withdraw funds from your account only in local currency and only to a ruble bank account. "
UPD 2: Comrade vaux gives a detailed answer on the Payoneer system:
That is, you are given details to which you can receive transfers from their partners and from companies registered in the United States, but you will not be able to receive a direct bank transfer. You can withdraw money from a pioneer card either only to another card (by replenishing from card to card), or withdraw cash from an ATM. The commission there is 3% of the amount if you spend money in a currency other than the currency of the card, or 1.8% if you spend dollars. When withdrawing funds from an ATM, in addition to the interest, an additional $3.15 will be withdrawn per transaction. It is better to withdraw money in $, and then change it at a currency exchange office at a more comfortable rate in order to reduce losses on commissions. It is also worth remembering that when crediting funds to the account, the pioneer takes 1% of the replenished amount. Total: if you replenish the account of the pioneer card with dollars, then you can take this amount into your hands from an ATM, minus 2,
UPD3:
There is information that Alfa-Bank ATMs, which are located at the branch, have a withdrawal limit of $4000. But don't forget about Payoneer's $2500/day limit.
UPD 4: Alfa-Bank closed the "shop", it no longer allows withdrawals from Payoneer. Looking for new options. Write if you have information
Summary
As a result, I use payoneer.
There are options for withdrawing funds from ATMs / cash desks of banks.
The most generous ATM I've found pays out $4,000 at a time (see UPD3).
Option with a cash register - works in savings. But 4% commission on the amount + passport data for an amount of 15,000 rubles or more.
No matter how painful it is to look at commissions and tariffs, in the absence of alternatives, one can only rejoice.

Withdraw through skrill to alpha dollar account (open an account through alphaclick - 5 minutes)
transfer from odesk to skrill $ 1
from skrill to alpha dollar account $ 4
money for the first time went a week
other transfers 2-3 days
once in early December 2014 transfer per day the first transfer of skrill to alpha account came
in $ will transfer without question, subsequent transfers will ask for your passport data and utility bill (on skrill it is described in more detail about verification), as soon as you provide documents, problems will automatically disappear
negative reviews about skrill are written by poker players who withdraw from poker rooms, there is strict control and any complaint from the poker room = blocking, I know this because I worked as a programmer in one of the poker rooms, we had a lot of kickbacks from stolen credit cards from skrill
so skrill immediately asks where you got the money from: through playing poker or received in another way, odesk - in my case, I withdraw honestly earned money
from odesk four times a month for $ 2004 through skrill, $ 2000 comes to the alpha account, I withdraw $ 2000 from the alpha ATM without commissions, with this small bundle I go to another bank, change at a more favorable rate than alpha, but basically I immediately convert to alpha $-> into rubles, because it’s more convenient.
letters of happiness from the tax office have not yet come, but if they do, I will pay a fine and so on. mk. I don’t want problems, I’ll unsubscribe here in a year, on this issue
ps. the first time I transferred $100 the commission was $1+$4+$6
the next $1+$4
UPD: Aug. 2020, I opened an agency because I have already hit the ceiling, there is not enough time for all clients, there is nowhere to put my experience, so I will pour it into employees and master business processes.

The easiest way is Payoneer, but they like to take a commission for every sneeze, and their card is not accepted everywhere (they didn’t accept it for auto payment in MTS, they didn’t accept it in Russian iTunes), because. the card was issued abroad.
There is a variant of a two-move, successfully used by a friend. Get a card from Tinkov and transfer money from the pioneer to it (the commission for the transfer from "salary" cards is not taken). Thus, the money will be on the local card, and there will be no commission for card transactions. I tried to do the same with Alpha, but they refused to transfer money from the pioneer.

Yes, in fact, there are no alternatives to skrill, when withdrawing dollars from ATMs, you lose a lot on commissions + a limit of about $ 200 per withdrawal.
there are no stones

I use skrill, and from it to the visa card. Approximately 7 days for withdrawal.
