How to recover broken video from iPhone 4s?

Good day!
There was such a problem:
There is an iPhone 4s on ios 6, on it there are two videos with a size of 2.12 and 1.08 GB when copied to a computer
(WinXp SP3), they are copied with a size of 0 bytes. Googling found a way with the HD Video Repair Utility program, but to no avail, I found a way with Hex editing, but the files were generally empty. Tell me what can be done?

Perverse, of course, but you can try using mobile Dropbox or Yandex. Upload the disk to the cloud (I don’t know how they work with such file sizes), and from there to the computer.
