Why is iPhone not detected in iTunes via wi-fi?

In general, there is my TL-WR720N router, WPA-PSK / WPA2-PSK network setup, the rest of the settings are automatic, the computer and phone are connected to the same network, handoff works, but the phone is not displayed in iTunes (synchronization via wi-fi).
I connect to another open network, to the TL-WR740N / TL-WR740ND router, this is an open network, the rest of the settings are the same as mine, but with this router, the phone and computer are normally synchronized via wi-fi.

I tried to make my network open too, it did not help.
Tell me which way to look and what settings to poke, because before the synchronization worked, and when it stopped I won’t say for sure, maybe after updating the firmware of the router, could this be?

The router should not interfere with the synchronization of iPhone and iTunes. The maximum that can be done is to disable the firewall on the router, if any. Next, look at iTunes settings. As far as I remember, there you need to specify the possibility of synchronization via Wi-Fi.
