There was (is) an application "Music VK" on iOS, with a branded dog on the logo.
Yandex finds

it, but when you click on the link, a page with the following content constantly opens:

The application is also not in the appstore, neither in Russian nor in American.
What could have happened to the application and where did it go?

On their page on VKontakte , they write that Apple is deleting old and not launching new applications that use content from VKontakte.
