Terrible sound on iphone 12?

I bought an iphone 12, and when I call, the sound is so disgusting, as if I'm talking through a hat, although the main speaker works fine. Before that, there was an iphone 6s, and there the sound is crystal clear. Has anyone encountered such a problem?

Perhaps a marriage, contact the service center, and if the warranty has not expired - go to the store, report the problem and they will decide for themselves if the marriage is confirmed - they will either replace it or return the money.
