How to copy contacts from Nokia to Iphone without using Outlook?

I managed to export contacts as a bunch of vcf files in vcard 2.1 format, the iCloud website can import vcard 3.0.
The question is how to convert vcf 2.1 to vcf 3.0 or another way to import vcf 2.1 without using Outlook or Gmail

I transferred it like this: I download a bunch of VCF from Nokia. Their - in gmail contacts. From there - I export to the apple format (I don’t remember exactly how the line looks). It is transferred perfectly.

I had a need to transfer from two nokia 8800 and nokia 6700 to iphone
bypassed the situation by creating syncml synchronization on the phone with a gmail account, and synchronization with iphone.
I also wanted to warn that many Nokia phones save the first mobile number as another number. and an empty contact was transferred to the iphone, bypassed the situation by saving it with gmail. cvs and changing the field, all the phones are in the right place.

We take a bunch of vcf from nokia, do copy / a * .vcf all.vcf, throw the resulting file to the mail that is configured in the iPhone. Open the letter in the same place, click on the attachment and rejoice)

1. watch this video ,
2. then if you need to combine many vcfs into one.
3. Open in sublime text and see that BEGIN:VCARD starts everywhere and ends with END:VCARD and separate each contact with a space.
and if there is TEL; HOME then we replace it with TEL; CELL , if there are some very large lines, then we delete it.
Let's watch the first video again.
