Why is the bootstrap menu collapsing?

I made an adaptive menu on bootstrap, when the size is reduced, it folds well into a button and opens when pressed, when testing for android everything is fine too, but when testing on Iphone - after expanding the menu, when you try to scroll it down, it immediately collapses. This seems to be due to the fact that the iPhone perceives the first touch as a click, but how to defeat this?
