There is no backup in iCloud or on the device.

Is there a way to transfer photos from memory to a PC through some software, or restore the device to turn on normally without losing data? The PhoneRescue program seems to promise similar functionality in the paid version, but it costs almost 4 thousand rubles, and given the lack of guarantees for success, I consider this an unreasonable waste.

An attempt to use 3uTools and iTools does not lead to success when the phone is in Recovery Mode, programs do not see it.
