It is necessary to record video from the user's camera on the site. I found a bunch of solutions on how to do this in modern browsers via WebRTC, but IE support is needed. All those who offer flash solutions host the uploaded video and want a lot of money. Is there an adequate cross-browser solution and preferably a free one?
