How to read data from a flash drive after controller recovery?

8GB flash drive with SM3257 controller and Samsung memory is no longer detected. issued by hdparm

geometry = 1024/0/62, sectors = 0, start = 0

I restored it with a utility for the controller, but when the write / read tests were done, I pulled it out so as not to overwrite the data (the flash drive was already detected by the system, I took a chance). Then I did one more thing that was not quite right - I formatted it in a quick way (I thought that it would be easier to restore the data this way, but photorec would have done it without it).
The problem is that after recovery, the flash drive is completely empty. Some zeros. I experimented with fast and full FAT formatting on another instance - the data still remains. But there's nothing here. I reflashed it again with a full cycle - nothing appeared ...
Not a single procedure took so much time to write all 8Gb with zeros. I believe that the data is left on the flash chip, but the controller does not allow you to see it.
Q: Can you get to them? Or have they completely disappeared? If I did something wrong in this case, then what? Can a controller resoldering be promising?

Flashing the controller is the main problem. The firmware leads to a complete overwriting of memory without the possibility of data recovery.
I am engaged in data recovery from flash drives and I can say based on practice - after the controller is flashed, the data is not restored, so these utilities overwrite the information and the flash drive as "new"
