How to merge partitions of a flash drive in windows 10?

The flash drive had two partitions. I went into disk management, RMB on the partition, delete, with the second partition also. As a result, two unallocated "spaces" are displayed. and I don’t know how to combine them to get one section.

When I try to create a new partition, it is created in only one "space" (as in the picture below)

And I need one partition for the entire flash drive
