The NTFS partition of a hard drive is either unreadable in most utilities or displayed as an unallocated area .
Windows was on it, now it does not boot, although it tries.
When booting in safe mode, the boot first hangs on the CLASSPNP.SYS file , and after a couple of minutes the computer goes into reboot.
When you connect the disk to another computer with a different disk and Windows, that Windows also cannot boot and freezes at the very beginning of the boot, apparently somewhere during the initialization of the equipment.
The only utility that was able to read the files on the disk was Acronis Disk Director 12 (Boot ISO). Moreover, she generally sees this disk as completely serviceable, and displays partitions almost correctly.(except that it shows that the killed partition has only 4Kb of free space, which is not true) .
The only problem is that Acronis does not have the ability to copy files anywhere.
Therefore, the question is: What other utility should I try to copy files from a disk?
Of course, you need a BootCD, because. there are no more options, no Windows is loaded.

First you need to dump the disk in sector-by-sector mode. You can dump from Linux live cd via dd or via Acronis.
Then turn off the disk and do not touch it, so as not to aggravate.

run ntfsfix /dev/<problem partition without quotes>
