How to provide voice communication between 2 rooms in the office?

Actually a question. There is an office in which there are 2 rooms, 50 meters apart from each other. They have Internet, but no telephone. It is necessary to provide voice communication between these two rooms. Before that, there was a similar task, I bought a set of commax TP-1L subscriber tubes and threw a whirlwind between 2 rooms. In principle, you can buy a couple more tubes and repeat, but - maybe I don’t see something and there are still solutions? Only thoughts about ip phones or ordinary ones come to mind, but it’s necessary to install an atska (however, there is an ats, but it’s not connected anywhere), plus I never set them up. Maybe there are ip solutions in which the automatic telephone exchange is not needed? Purely 2 phones can be connected to each other?.

The simplest solution:
But seriously, your commax TP-1L handsets can be connected and communicated, instructions are usually attached to them, it says how to legalize them.

Yes. You can buy a mini-ATS.
You can buy a VoIP gateway.
You can stupidly connect them with a cable, some phones support such work and allow you to call each other.
