Handling redirects asterisk multiphone?
Hello everyone :) I want to know the opinion of the pros about the possibility of implementing my idea)
I will describe how I see it:
There is a number (a megaphone connected to a multiphone, there will be a lot of numbers in the end) you need to process incoming calls to this number with a script. As I understand it, it is necessary to raise the asterisk and connect it with the multiphone, and then everything is done with the script. To begin with, receiving a call as a conversation is not important, you can immediately reset the call, the main thing is to catch the call and depending on which megaphone number (intermediate number from which forwarding) the call was processed differently this call (as I understand it, each megaphone number will have your id in the asterisk).
and the second situation is support for a call-conversation (there will be no problem with the frontend, and as I understand it, there will also be a multiphone-asterisk-frontend connection)
I wonder if such an implementation of the bundle is possible and will it work?
I will be grateful for search phrases, links to articles, titles of books, technologies, etc., in order to understand where to go
Answer the question
In order to leave comments, you need to log in
1. raise asterisk
2. switch simcards to work mode via multiphone
3. connect multiphone to asterisk
4. on asterisk connect cdr or cel (calls logging) to the database.
5. You can set up call processing (logging / reset / something else) even through freepbx
6. In the query from the database, we get who called and what number and at what time.
7. Bingo!
