What is the jamb when setting up the Cisco CP7821 for Aster?

There is a telephone, cp7821, I want to configure it under the aster.
It seems that I do everything according to this instruction , but there is no registration, in the Aster console, there is not even a hint of registration. I take the firmware from the off site.
By service errors from the phone itself
Error updating user locale
No trust list installed
