How to properly share the Windows folder on Google Cloud so that you can connect to it remotely ala \\ip.address?

Good afternoon.
Google Cloud is running Windows Server 2008 R2. You need to share the folder in order to access it via the Internet, as in the local network -> \\ip.address -> login + password = access.
Found in the internet such settings for the developer console:
name; default-allow-smb
network; default
source filter; allow from any source (0.0.0.0/0)
allowed protocols and ports; udp:137; udp:138; tcp:139; tcp:445
but that doesn't help.
I tried to disable the Windows Firewall in addition to these settings, but it does not help either.
Can someone suggest how to do this?
Thank you.

This is basically a bad idea.
Other options:
1. Set up a VPN and give access to the share inside the VPN.
2. Set up remote access (RDP), there is the ability to transfer files.
