Good afternoon!
The system is installed on a separate disk without RAID, data on RAID 1 (mirror).
I want to reinstall the system, after that the disks will be assembled without losing data and dancing with a tambourine?

You don't have to worry about the mirror at all. As a last resort - make a backup copy and just insert one clean disk into the mirror.
Most raid controllers (including software ones) write information about RAID directly to the disk, so after reinstalling the newly enabled RAID driver will see all this.
