Do I need to defragment RAID1 on LSI SAS9211-4i hardware controller?

Whether there is a sense to defragment RAID1 from 2 SAS disks?
The SQL server on this array has 100GB databases and nothing more.
45% free space.
The controller is flashed in IR mode (hardware)

raid does not require defragmentation because it does not have such an entity, defragmentation is required by a file system that can be placed on a raid array.
Run Microsoft's defrag tool, it will analyze and advise you whether it is needed or not. Usually, if the free space on your disk has never decreased below 30% (actually depends on the nature of use, and 10% may be enough) of the total, then the files on the disk will not be fragmented in principle.
Fragmentation appears if during the recording (enlargement) of a file, there is little disk space, and the system starts to shove it into holes left from previously deleted files.

No
It's easier to switch to ssd if you need performance
