How to implement RDP for directories?

There is a dedicated server running Windows Server 2012 R2 and, say, 10 users who need to connect to this server via the RDP protocol (remote desktop).
1. Is it possible to implement simultaneous access for 10 clients?
2. Is it possible to make a separate directory for each user and a package of installed programs for working with code, database, etc.?
That is, the user sees only his directory and works in it.
