How to properly SEO Wordpress categories?

Hello!
On the Internet, it is recommended to make links in Wordpress of the form
site/rubrika1/post
. They also write that if posts are indexed in such a video, then if their url is changed to site/rubrika2/post, the link from the search will lead to a non-existent page.
The question is - what should I do if I know in advance that in the future I will constantly change the headings? It turns out that links to posts will always be broken?
In this case, only one thought comes - to remove the heading from the url altogether, that is, it will be like this site / post. Now, when the heading is hayed, the link to the post will not change.
Tell me, am I thinking right? Maybe there are other solutions? And isn't such a decision "defective" in terms of SEO?

If you plan to change categories regularly, then yes, it is better to remove it from the URL altogether. Another option is to do redirects every time you change the URL, but if you change it often, this will have a negative effect, so it's easier and better to remove the category from the URL.
