Website page with a link to the source?
The point is this.
Site page:
Title - Cynology
Brief description - Cynology - the science of dogs...
Below is a full description (copy-paste), some information, for example from Wikipedia with a link to the source (to Wikipedia)
1. How are things with such sites now?
2. Links to do better nofollow or don't care?

If the vast majority of the texts on your site will be copy-paste, it is obvious that nothing good can be expected from this. I'm talking about the majority. Otherwise, no big deal.
There are legends among webmasters that links to trusted sites (like Wikipedia) even have a positive effect. Either way, a negative one is extremely unlikely.
As for nofollow - this tag is generally not for this, but why not, there is no difference.
