Good afternoon!
These are quick links of the vital site, as a rule, for a brand query in Google. The search engine chooses the pages that will be shown there. You can only influence descriptions, they are taken from the description tag.

1. depends on the file system.
2. 0 bytes shows you who? Not every program picks at such a level that it takes into account the size of everything where information about a file and about a folder lies. Try other programs. In Linux, the standard ls will immediately show that the folder is at least 1 block (now it's usually 4 kb).
3. For files - the same thing, if you have a file of 5 bytes, it has a name somewhere, access attributes, a sector in which it lies, but your program does not show this.
Conclusion, an empty folder does not weigh 0 bytes, but such information is not for the user, but for the administrator, who takes into account the space occupied by special programs, taking into account the understanding of how the file system is arranged.
