Cross domain tracking via gtm. How to remove the transfer of tags to third-party resources?

Hello!
I set up cross-domain tracking between site.com and site.ua domains. I did everything according to the guides in gtm and Google analytics, but there is a problem:
The files on both sites are on Amazon servers and the download starts when you click on the link aws.amazon ....
For some reason, ga_id clings to this link, Amazon considers such a link a bat and throws an error when downloading the file.
Tried adding it to exclusions wherever you can add exclusions, but it still doesn't work. Tell me where to dig and what manuals to read about this. I couldn't find a solution in google help or forums :(

I completely forgot.

You need to enable the option "use # as a delimiter (# as delimeter)"
