How to properly plan a project?

Hello everyone. I worked in the office, they gave tasks, once a month they paid salary.
I have now switched to remote work. The question is, how to understand how much money to take for a project? Well, that is, how to give an estimate correctly? I am a react native developer. There is layout and programming. It seems to me not right to give an estimate - regarding how much time I'm going to spend. Since I'm typesetting very quickly, this does not mean that I should take a penny for layout. Or, the same thing about logic. It will take me 5 hours, a beginner 10 hours, and a pro 1 hour ..

In the office, I know, there was some kind of formula by which they made up the terms and price (at the same time they relied on screen components, functions)

It will take me 5 hours, a beginner 10 hours, and a pro 1 hour..

This is determined by the hourly rate. According to your example, your bet should be 2 times higher than that of a beginner and 5 times less than that of a pro.
It seems to me not correct to give an estimate - regarding how much time I am going to spend.

There are fixed prices and hourly rates. What is closer to you - you choose.
In any case, a rough time estimate is usually made.
