Project not working in Figma?

After I load the Figma project, it starts to fail.
- In the web version it looks like this
- Periodically there is an endless download
- in the desktop version it does not work either
Stopped working after the update. Although on my other PC it all loads without problems, on a new gaming computer, bought specifically for Figma, it does not work.
