Recommend a project management system

Hello!

Need a project management system for team development in a web studio. Requirements:
- Support for several projects and the ability to have before your eyes some kind of summary for all - how much% is ready, how many bugs and issues are hanging.
- Actually support for tickets for bugs and issue.
- Creation of tasks-subtasks, appointment of a person responsible for these tasks-subtasks.
- Integration with git.
Not absolutely necessary, but highly desirable:
- Ability to install on your server.
- Ability to integrate with JetBrains products as a Task & Context server.

I'm currently looking at Trac, but I can't seem to get it to work as a Task & Context server, no idea why. Well, plus it does not have a dashboard that would display information on all projects. And plus a stupid system for adding users and projects (or I didn’t check it out, but I would like to do all this from some place in the web interface).

Redmine is completely tailored to your requirements. I use it myself.

Sorry, maybe I didn't fully understand the question.
But if you work with JebBrains, then why not JetBrains YouTrack + TeamCity (to automate, so automate...)?

I really like Feng Office. I've been using it for a long time at work.

Hey!
I use JIRA for my work. Convenient, flexible, cross-platform, includes all of the above.

Here is a list of top systems. I noticed that often there are proposals with a bias towards the development of IP.
