What is wrong with my site?
Hello!
I have a site lilium-center.ru
Created 4 years ago. No special SEO or anything like that has ever been used on it. Links were not bought (maybe only at the beginning, I don’t know for sure). They just made a website for people, wrote unique articles, posted topics on forums and VK, organized meetings in anti-cafes, handed them out to customers on business cards, etc.
Hosting uptime is very good, in my memory the site fell only 2 times in 4 years. Download speed is quite adequate (pure html/php, no engine). All pages have the .php extension (maybe it somehow affects?) The
layout does not seem to fit. I personally checked it on a bunch of devices + through browsershots.org
w3c does not go to the end, but it does not give a lot of errors. Mostly shoals with repeating id divs.
Plus, we added it to many directories manually (the biggest joy here is DMOZ), installed a bunch of tools from Yandex (Webmaster, Metrica, a form from YaD), we regularly give Direct by keywords, Yandex tortured us for a lot of time so that we were assigned our region ( in the end, even a representative of Yandex said that he was surprised by this behavior of the PM).
Bottom line: The site has the first lines in Google for the entire range of necessary queries, is located on Maps under the letter A and also falls out at the very beginning of the top. But Yandex - at best at the end of the first page, more often further. For some similar requests, it does not drop out at all. Direct doesn't make a difference.
Do you have any idea what we are doing wrong for Yandex? Thank you!

what do you want from a site that is not promoted? on the site, the lion's share of requests are geo-targeted, Yandex tied your site to the desired location, and there you have the necessary requests in gulkin's nose.
and in general, listen more to these search engines about paid links and other horror stories. you need to work closely with your resource without shunning anything, especially link building. (wisely of course)
I ran through the site: I
recommend making a separate page for contacts
add the site to the Yandex Directory
And yes, buy a few links after all, without anchors so as not to scare google.
Well, www.seochecklist.ru
is in the Handbook. Thank you, now I'll write down the contact page.
I noticed an error on your site. By the way, this may be the reason for not getting into the TOP Yandex (I read one in a book). Let me show you an example first. Let's take habrahabr.ru as an example. Enter the name habrahabr.ru in the browser search form, and then add WWW.habrahabr.ru. And you will notice the redirect. 301 Redirect is called. Set up mirrors in .htaccess. + write in robots.txt - Host: site_name.ru
good afternoon, firstly, set up a 301 redirect as mentioned above, and secondly, everything is fine with your site and it takes very little to shoot it up.
you have the "ARTICLES" block, and so, you need to use this resource for linking.
you need to link articles with each other, plus put links from the article to the main page, the main thing is to choose aconry wisely.
Links to put the usual, not shortened, and then there will be no sense. Link slowly, 4-5 links a week, everything will grow in a couple of months.
Looked at the site again.
It turns out that you have a forum.lilium-center.ru forum where, judging by the latest messages, spammers have settled. I advise you to close it from indexing or remove it altogether.
I also looked at the texts, found a copy-paste. Check all texts for uniqueness, especially in the sections of articles and parables.
And how do you check that your site is on the first lines of Google?
If it’s a regular request from your browser, then Google’s results will be very different from the one that a person who has never visited your site will receive.
Yandex sometimes works very strangely. Here is one of my sites, it has been posted for 2 months. I added a metric there, added it to Yandex.webmaster, sent a request for indexing. A week later, an inscription appeared: your site began to be indexed, it will appear in the search after 1-2 updates of the search base. A couple of weeks later I wrote to the Yandex support. They answered me, marveled, promised to sort it out. A month has passed since then and the site is still not visible in Yandex.
