There is no definite answer to this question. At a minimum, you need to understand what tasks the design should solve.
From a design point of view, these pictures should have the same style and, accordingly, the same size. Otherwise, a torn edge will turn out on the left, which will catch the eye. If you align them to the left, then either the text will start jumping, or the distance between the picture and the text will be different for each item (and this is unacceptable).
A little strange question. The easiest option is to put pictures to the right of the text without alignment.
