What grid to use for mobile site design?

I am designing for an online store. Tell me which grid (how many columns) to use?

Grid - 8-pixel. Columns - 12.

Depends on how many blocks will be in the mobile version of the site. Usually they use 3-4 columns (because the mobile header is conditionally divided into 3 parts: 1 for the burger button, 2 for the logo when you click on the burger - they change)
