Good afternoon. Tell me, what is the name of this type of block in web design?
I'm interested in the block with the heading "CLEAN & RESPONSIVE"

I always thought it was a header, but one of my friends subtly hinted that I was wrong.

More often this block is known to everyone as just a slider (less often there is a static picture with or without text, or even a video). If there was no explicitly separated menu at the top and the entire top was a single block with a colorful illustration and navigation elements, then such a top of the page could be called hero header , and the image itself would be hero image (nothing to do with the title in the example).

If you follow Bootstrap's terminology, then this is "Jumbotron". For now, it's just a section, a potential slider.
