At which Moscow University to study design?

Is there a university in Moscow that will allow you to get a quality education in web design?
Of the ones I found:
1. British Higher School of Design
2. Synergy
Should I choose one of these?
What do you recommend studying?

Of these and all others, only the British deserves attention, but studying there is not very cheap, and if you come there without any knowledge, it will not be easy. However, Britanka is a very good place to study, because of the teaching staff, which consists of real designers who make things that you see and use every day.
