What do you think of mainstream template landing pages?

They captured almost the entire runet.
This is a cancer. Counters, triggers, buttons to attract attention...
Customers type in "Landing" in Yandex and, according to the very first cancerous article, they "join" the vision of what a "selling landing" should be like.
It is sad.
And if before, it probably worked, then now, damn it .. These template landing pages with counters are of no interest to anyone except customers.
Landing pages for 5k, for 10k, for 20k. Everyone thinks that if they have a landing, then "ahead of the rest of the planet." And how to convey to the customer that "but I read that we need more counters and triggers, Moar1! 11" is not an option, that no one needs such landings except themselves?
Dear gentlemen, web designers and site builders - what do you think about this?
What should be a normal landing? What should one focus on, what problems should be solved, in which direction should one look?

People open spam emails, follow them and buy from them. And you're burying landings here.

Buddy, I’ve been on the market for more than 5 years and I’ll tell you this… Landing is essentially a fucking one-page with a bunch of
call_to_actions
elems !And most importantly, all the actions offered by the landing page should not take more than 10-15 seconds…

If money is paid for this, then you need to cut the loot.
And why do you think that landing pages are not interesting? If a schoolboy created a landing, then yes, it’s nonsense, but if it was created by professionals, with the writing of competent texts, then it works for sure!
As for the counters, I agree, it has long been clear that it is purely visual and the discount will still be valid forever -)
Good landings are obviously more expensive than 20k. Landing pages are aimed at selling a specific product or service, where everything is described in detail with beautiful pictures and effects.
Why not?

We can definitely say that a quality landing page is a plus for sales. It is necessary to focus on the target audience, problems should be solved by a specific business / company, and it is desirable to look around, especially at competitors. You won’t surprise an already sophisticated buyer with counters, and there should be a well-thought-out trigger, but this does not mean that it should stick out annoyingly, interfering with the user in search of what he actually got to this landing for.
Now, of course, all these template landings undermine not only consumer confidence, but also blur the eyes of the customer, as it seems that for 5k.r., for 10k.r., for 20k.r. the designer will make unprecedented magic in a matter of hours, or even worse, it will immediately go to generate a template design for a third-party resource, and as a result there will be a total revolution, as a result of which the sales turnover will increase unheard of. No one needs such landings, and no one first of all means a potential buyer.
