How to rasterize an element?

After inserting an svg into a figurine, can it be turned into a bitmap so that it can be manipulated like a normal picture?

Rasterize SVG? What for? After all, in the vector it will be better, both in layout and on the layout. And what does it mean to "manage as a normal picture"? Put the SVG in a group and control it.

Can. Select a layer or group, then expand the "hamburger" menu in the top bar. Select Object -> Rasterize Selection.
