How long does it take to get junior level in web design?

How long does it take from complete zero (I have experience only in the front-end) to rise in web design to the level of a coherent junior, so that you can start working and what resources are better to use for this?

There is an experimentally confirmed opinion that it takes about 10,000 hours to achieve a real result in any area from scratch.
In order to simply get a job at the very minimum, it will be enough to go to some adequate courses and fulfill the "graduation assignment" with high quality. After graduation, sometimes they offer a job. If not, then do one more similar task for yourself or for your friends... But be sure to complete it! Release the industrial version!
And after that, you can already look for a job where they will teach you everything else.
In parallel with the search - keep practicing!!!
The result will depend not on what day and what month you started to study... but how many hours you spent in practice!

It is advisable to take courses in web design. You can start with the Netology courses , although the cost of the course is high, or you can try the cheaper Create a Design course . Having passed them, you can really pump up the skills of a web designer.

If you have good taste and experience in the frontend, then you can immediately start drawing if you know Photoshop well. Well, to test your knowledge, take any site that you like, and draw a couple of pages from the menu (without opening them) at your discretion, and then compare with what is there now, this will allow you to evaluate your skills.
