Hello community!
You need something in which to design the interface. Like Axure Pro, but free. Or paid, but just an alternative.
Mac/Windows/Web - doesn't matter.

Sketch and the like are already graphic editors. Here the emphasis is on lightness. Indeed, in designing, the main thing is to show the plan, and not its implementation.
