How to professionally detect the cause of system errors?
Goodnight.
For example, Windows specialists received a critical error report - what do they do with it to give specific recommendations on how to fix the problem? How to understand exactly what caused a critical error in the logs - by the user or by a system error, what led to it? So far, my competence in this area comes down to finding hardware bugs, and, if none are found, to reinstalling windows , cleaning up various kinds of garbage / eliminating conflicts in the manager \ etc. But sometimes the error still continues to appear, and you need to dig deeper.
Is there any literature, articles on the topic?..
Thank you in advance.
