How to prevent a local user from writing to a disk in Windows 10?

I created a small profile, but they are not configured as much as in the previous parts. Although he cannot uninstall / install, he has a talent for climbing onto sites with minecraft where there are viruses, and downloading petabytes of viruses from the Internet. I was looking for a program on the ban of rights, all with viruses, I tried to climb into the Privacy Policy, but I did not find the right to write to the disk there, tell me how to ban it?

Yes, in the top ten a lot of this was cut.
In your case, an antivirus with a corresponding ban is better. Most likely, painlessly prohibiting writing to the disk will not work. even when any program just starts, it writes something to the user profile.
At 10, they also came up with some kind of child profile where you can limit something else, but I haven’t gotten there yet.
