Why does WSL throw an "is not enabled" error when a component is enabled?
The component is enabled, but the error "The Windows Subsystem for Linux optional component is not enabled. Please enable it and try again." Turned off the element, rebooted, turned on, does not help.
Tried on Ubuntu and Debian.
Windows Version 10.0.18363.657
