How to install a standard network adapter for a windows application?

Interested in Windows 10, I want to set up a VPN for specific applications. I know that in Linux this is possible with the help of network namespaces.

and what is the purpose? There is currently no such option in Windows. the question is very similar to research on the topic of creating bots (very popular topic). in principle, it is possible to implement this at the program level, but you will have to master quite a lot.
there is also an option to create virtual machines, and each has its own vpn and bot instance

Either routing or proxying. EMNIP namespaces have not been brought to Windows yet.

Previously, it was done like this:
- connect to vpn without using the default route (we get an additional network interface)
- in the firewall we tell which programs to which interface to hit
Did this on ESET
