Installed windows 8.1 usb switched to standby +5 volts, how to fix it?

Черт дернул меня установить windows 8.1 на свой компьютер (материнская плата Asus F1-A75-I). Все хорошо, винда хорошая если не одно НО.
windows 8.1 переводит шину питанию usb на дежурные 5 вольт, из-за этого usb хабы светятся даже при выключенном компьютере и приходится отключать часть usb устройств пока ими не пользуюсь из-за ограничения в 1А по дежурной линии 5 вольт.
В биусе моей материнской платы нету функции задать в ручную какую линию 5 вольт использовать (или я плохо искал?).
Отключение быстрой загрузки и других "Фишек" windows 8 не помогает.
Для эксперимента установил опять win 7 и там эта проблема отсутствует.
Как переключить линию 5 вольт с дежурной на "нормальную" при этом использовать windows 8 (а то потраченных денег жалко).

My advice to you - roll back to 7k and be patient until the release of 10k. For I myself suffer with this under-axis on the tablet, from glitches - the video driver from Intel flows, you can fix it only by disabling the video driver with all the consequences. Another cant is funny and nasty - the device cannot work with the screen turned off, i.e. if you need to download a file or listen to music, it consumes energy and shines on the screen, because in 8.1 there are simply no options for turning off the screen and the device goes into hibernation instead of turning off the screen. Here you probably have the same thing with USB - a consequence of the ruined power settings in 8k ...

PS asus the other day amused demolished 8ku from it, rolled 7ku all good but there is no firewood on the video, the touch works. We rolled back 8ku all the buzzing but the touch does not plow brought googled it turned out you need to update the bios)
